Embro Fill is a woven, white, polyester fabrics that is designed to simulate an embroidery fill stitch.   Embro Fill can be used instead of a large area of embroidery fill.  Some embroidery detail can be added on top.    Embro Fill can also be Dye Sublimation printed with photographic colour quality and very fine detail that simply cannot be achieved with embroidery alone.   
Embroidered or printed Embro Fill fabric can then be cut out and attached to a garment as an applique.  As the embroidery the machine stitches the satin border it is attching the patch to the garment.   A heat seal film (Badge Bond) can also be applied to the back to make iron-on patches.

Embro Fill is perfect for large logos that would normally require a very high stitch count and which would take a long time to complete on an embroidery machine.
The only embroidy on this badge, is the border - Everything else is Dye Sublimation printed
