The ultra-compact Roland BT12 garment printer provides easy plug-and-play personalisation for white and light coloured cotton fabrics and cotton rich blends. The best quality and logevity of prints is achieved on 100% cotton.
Note: Best best colour print accuracy, use white fabrics. Some light coloured fabrics can also be printed using darker ink colours
Heat finishing for printed garments
The Roland BT12 garment printer uses Eco friendly water based pigment inks to produce stunning photographic quality images on your cotton products.
After the images have been printed, they must be heat cured to dry the ink and create a secure bond with the fibres.
This can be done very easily with the Roland HT12 heat finishing unit, which fits perfectly under the BT12 printer. With an optional second garment platen you can then print the next product whilst the first one is drying.
Note: If you already have a heat press then you may not need the HT12 drying unit.
