Customer support has been excellent.    I feel as if Rob was installed with the machine.   His advice and help with re-designing the workshop, so that the machines would fit was most welcome.    The outcome was amazing!     His training was second to none. Even though I am an experienced embroiderer, Rob spent the week with me teaching me some of the many features, which was greatly appreciated.   There are still features of the machine I'm re-discovering and having been shown during setup, Rob can explain them easily and simply over the phone. I never felt like I'd been abandoned.   Rob often phones or calls in to check on how things are going.   All I have is absolute praise for the machine.   There's really never anything to fix!
