How to order
Ordering options:
There are several ways in which you can order from Embroidery Source, please use the method which you feel most comfortable with.

ON-LINE PURCHASE
Our secure payment gateway allows you to purchase goods directly from our web site using your credit card.
We use encrypted security systems.
Your credit card details are NOT transmitted to Embroidery Source at any time during this process or afterwards.
Once your credait card payment has been authorised by the ANZ bank (this usually takes less than a minute) we receive a confirmation email advising us to ship the goods to you.

ORDER FORM
If you have a printer and either a fax or scanner you can:
click the link at the bottom of this section to download the Embroidery Source order form
print the order form and fill out your order details
fax it to us or scan the completed order form and then email it to us as an attachment.
Please make sure that you write clearly using block letters only and using a Black pen (Blue does not always pick up well on a fax machine).
If your fax machine has "half tone" or Grey scale setting, this will give amuch clearer print out at this end.

EMAIL ONLY
You may also choose to simply send you order as a text email giving the quantity of each product required together with delivery address, method of shipping and credit card details.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY FOR MANUAL ORDERS
For added security we suggest that you do not send all of your credit card information on just one fax or email. Many of our customers choose to send only part of their credit card number with the order and then send the remaining details in a second email or fax or phonecall.
