Laser Transfer Papers

Forever laser transfer papers

Use a standard office laser printer / copier and produce prints for garments, leather, paper, books covers and more.

The Forever range includes print solutions for monotone (black only), full colour and colour + white laser printers and copiers. (Scroll down to see video)

Forever Flex Soft

We all know that screen printing is a great alternative for larger quantities, but the lead times can be long and small quantities can be very expensive.  If you don't have a vector format artwork then the setup alone could be $80 to $100 for artwork and screen making.   Then you have the print costs per garment + a 30% loading if you want a special finish like silver or gold.

What you can create with a 'black only' laser printer / copier

If you have a black only laser printer / copier then using Forever Flex Soft, you can produce complex single colour prints like those shown above, that can be applied to a range of different product types and colours.  The colour of the final print depends upon the colour of Flex Soft sheet you print onto.

Flex-soft colours include:

  • Standard colours - White, Black, Cyan, Royal Blue, Red, Yellow, Jade Green,
  • Metallics -  Silver, Gold, Yellow Gold, Blue, Red, Lilac, Green
  • Neons -  Green, Orange, Pink

What's makes Forever Laser prints perfect for small quantities :

  • Print from any type of image - vector or bitmap
  • No need to create cut contour lines
  • No Weeding required
  • Application temperatures as low as 130°C so perfect for dark polyesters
  • Print almost all fabrics & hard surfaces (Cotton, Blended Fabrics, Polyester, Nylon, Polypropylene, Paper, Wood, etc.)
  • For Black/White or CMYK Laser/LED Printers and Copiers
  • Washable up to 40°C (104°F)
  • Fine details down to approx. 1mm without problems
  • Huge time savings
  • Unbelievable design and motive possibilities (vintage, used look, fashion, vectors)
  • Available in A4 &  A3

Now I'd like to make one thing clear before you read on - With innovations including Forver's excellent A foil and Transfer RIP software,  laser transfer prints have become much easier and have much improved feel and washability . . . . but they are not the answer to all of your printing needs!

They are not recommended for use on high stretch fabrics nor are they recommended for large, solid areas of print.

If you need to print smaller logos or numbers, lettering or open type images with printed areas that are separated by non printed fabric then the durability will be much, much better.    The low application temperature also makes them suitable for use on dark polyseter and on work jackets that can be so problematic for other methods of decoration.

Forever Laser Dark (no cut) Low Temp

For a colour (CMYK) laser printer / copier

If you have a CMYK colour laser printer/copier then you can print all of the same Flex-soft colours but in addition to that you can Use  Forever Laser Dark (No cut) Low Temp to print full colour images for use on white and coloured garments. You can print from any kind of image and there's no need for cut lines or weeding.

For a laser printer / copier with C,M,Y + White toner

If you have an OKI laser printer with C,M,Y + White toner then using Forever transfer papers you can print full colour logos that include white-only areas and apply them to any colour of fabric, leather, paper Etc Etc.

What's more,  because of the low application temperature (as low as 130 deg C) we can now apply full colour logos including white onto dark coloured polyester fabrics like the one shown below
