Embroidery Source P/L will take all reasonable steps to act in accordance with the policy when using the this site.
Embroidery Source P/L assumes no responsibility for the information & practices of other web sites which a user is able to access through our web site.

What information do we collect?
If you join the Embroidery Source "E-club" for regular email news, we collect only your email address and your name.
If you purchase Embroidery Source products directly from our web site using a credit card, we collect only the details of products to be shipped together with your name and shipping address as entered by you.
We never see or receive any of your credit card details when you purchase on-line. This information is made available only to the ANZ bank via a 3rd party gateway.
If you view products on our web site and then order by phone, fax, email or snail mail we record your name, shipping address and credit card details. Credit card details are used for one transaction only and then they are destroyed. If you request us to do so then we may record your credit card details for use when you purchase goods or services from Embroidery Source P/L at any time in the future.
Other information may also be recorded. Whenever a page is requested from our web server, we record the time, date and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the request, along with information on the browser software being used. We use this information to improve our technical structure and performance and it is not in any way used to specifically identify you.
