What if you are not happy with a product?
Embroidery Source has built a solid reputation throughout our 20+ years in business. We constantly strive to provide our customers with a variety of quality products and to provide extensive information regarding the quality and/or suitability of each product on our price list.
"You get what you pay for" It's as true today as it ever was.
We stock premium quality products and some which are more affordable for those on a tight budget.
We will never tell you that a lower quality product is the best you can buy. If there are options available, we will tell you about them.

How do I get my money back? . . . . It's easy!
If any of our products are damaged during shipping, or if you are just not happy with your purchase, return them to Embroidery Source for a full refund of purchase price plus return shipping costs.

Your refund for returned goods is guaranteed.
If Embroidery Source has a dispute with our shipper. That's our problem - not yours. But you can help us if you will.
So far we have been delighted with the reliable delivery of our products all over the world but the odds are that sooner or later something will go missing or become damaged during shipping.
If you do receive a package which shows signs of exterior damaged - please mark the delivery coupon or docket as "package received in damaged condition" before signing for the delivery.
If possible, open the package in the presence of the delivery person and inspect the contents.
It may just be exterior damage which has not affected the goods inside but if there is damage please report it there and then.
Let us know within 14 days of receipt of the goods that there is a problem with the goods. We will adivise you how to return them to us and then when they are received back at out warehouse we will arrange your full refund without delay.
